Welcome to Mathematics department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University. Mathematics study program at Udayana University is one of Indonesia's top mathematics academic programs, with a strong research reputation. This study program focuses on three areas of expertise: computing, statistics, and applied mathematics, which is equipped with a Computing Laboratory. With a student body of 446 students, the Udayana University Mathematics Study Program includes 20 permanent lecturers (as of February 1, 2021). Students and lecturers are encouraged to interact through various courses, seminars, workshops, colloquiums, research activities, and community service, which are organized by study programs in collaboration with external institutions. Various activities of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) have also been attended by students and lecturers, including the Merdeka’s Campus Student Exchange program, Independent Study, Internship and Kampus Mengajar. The visits of notable mathematicians from other countries have also substantially aided the development of mathematical research in this study program. Various student activities in the implementation of the Higher Education Tri Dharma have been accommodated by student association organizations that actively carry out various activities. Udayana University's Alumni Association of the Mathematics Study Program (IKAMATIKA) also plays a significant role in promoting the study program's success.
