HIMATIKA CHAMPIONSHIP 2022

Himatika Championship 2022 is one of programs from the Udayana University Mathematics Study Program Student Association in the form of competitions / tournaments that are engaged in the interests and talents of students. During this pandemic, interest in talent among students and the public has decreased due to restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then Himatika Udayana held a this programs namely Himat?ka Championship with the theme "Burm Your Spirit, Take and Move Up Your Sportivity and Creativity to Be A Winner".  The sports and arts branches that will be contested in the Himatika Championship are badminton, futsal, table tennis, chess, acoustics, and dance covers.

The Himatika Championship aims as a forum for mathematics students to channel their interests and talents, improve soft skills in each student and increase sportsmanship between one student and another, to strengthen the ties of brotherhood among mathematics students, foster positive, disciplined and creative mentality. among students, evaluate weaknesses and enhance creativity. The Himatika Championship 2022 event will be held on 19 – 20 March 2022, and this event is semi-online. The sports that are held online are cover dance and acoustics. While the sports that are carried out offline are chess, badminton, table tennis and futsal. The Himatika Championship participants are active students of the 2021, 2020, 2019 and 2018 Mathematics Study Program along with alumni.

The opening of the Himatika Championship 2022 event will take place on Saturday, March 19, 2022 online. The opening of the event was attended by the entire committee, participants, Himtika administrators, Mathematics Study Program Lecturers, Student Guidance Lecturers, and Study Program Coordinators. The opening began with remarks from the Chair of the Mathematics Association and Study Program Coordinator, and the event was officially opened by Mrs. I Gusti Ayu Made Srinadi, S.Si., M.Si. as Coordinator of the Mathematics Study Program. The first day's match took place after the official event opened. The sport that was contested on the first day was Chess which was located in the GF Building of the Mathematics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences, Bukit Jimbaran. The first day of the competition is also the D-day of the dance cover and acoustic assessment which is conducted online.

Besides chess match, the sport that was contested after the opening was badminton which was located at Mumbul Arena, Jimbaran. Another sport that is contested is table tennis, which is located at Wantilan Rangdu Kriya Mandala Kutuh. The closing event of the Himatika Championship 2022 ended with a Futsal match. The futsal match will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2022, which is located at the Nuansa Futsal Field, Jimbaran.    After the futsal match, the closing ceremony began. The event closed with the distribution of prizes for winner. The winner was won by class 2020,  2st winner was won by class 2021, 3st winner was won by class 2019. After the announcement of the overall winner, the Himtika Championship event 2022 was officially closed by I Made Kertayasa as Deputy Chair of Himatika. The Himatika Championship 2022 activity still adheres to the health protocol. Participants who will come offline, before entering the venue for the event, their body temperature will be checked first and it is also hoped that participants who come to take part in this event offline to continue to comply with health protocols by still wearing masks. keep your distance and use hand sanitizer.
