IICMA 2025 Coordination Meeting Marks Major Step Toward Hybrid International Conference

    Jimbaran, Bali, September 12, 2025 — The Mathematics Study Program, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Udayana University, officially hosted the IICMA 2025 Coordination Meeting at the Senat Lecture Hall, Level 1, Bukit Jimbaran Campus, Badung, Bali, on Friday, September 12, 2025, marking a pivotal moment in the preparation for the upcoming hybrid International and Interdisciplinary Conference on Mathematics and Its Applications.

    The meeting commenced at 10:00 WITA and brought together key stakeholders, including Prof. Drs. Dafik, M.Sc, Ph.D., President of the Indonesian Mathematical Society (IndoMS), from Jember University, and Prof. Dr. Sutarto, S.Pd., M.Pd., Governor of IndoMS Bali Nusra, from Mandalika Education University, NTB, along with the core organizational committee. This strategic gathering served as a critical platform to align visions, finalize action plans, and streamline preparations for IICMA 2025.

    Discussions covered a comprehensive range of logistical and technical aspects, including venue setup, hybrid event technology, conference programming, participant registration, and catering estimates. With the coordination meeting successfully concluded, the entire IICMA 2025 organizing team has formally committed to delivering a world-class scientific event.
