Mathematics Study Program Final Project Workshop 2024

The Mathematics Study Program held a 2024 Final Project Workshop for students on Friday, November 8, 2024. This workshop will provide supplies related to the final project process, scientific writing, and practical publication guidelines.

The event began at 09.00 Central Indonesian Time with an opening filled with remarks from the MC, prayers, and singing of the song Indonesia Raya. The committee chairman gave a report on the activities, followed by remarks from the Head of the Mathematics Study Program, who was represented by Dr. Drs. G K Gandhiadi, MT.

The materials began at 09.30 with a presentation on the flow of final projects and publications by I Wayan Sumarjaya, followed by material on effective scientific writing and avoiding plagiarism by Made Ayu Dwi Octavanny. The last material before the break was the preparation of dissemination and publication, delivered by Desak Putu Eka Nilakusmawati.

After the break, at 13.00, the workshop continued with a Final Project Clinic session. In this session, students are divided into groups guided by a team of lecturers from three areas of competence, each located in a designated room. 

This workshop is expected to help students understand and complete their final assignments well and prepare them to publish scientific papers effectively.
